The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AR, collections, and reconciliation, with strong Excel skills and comfort with AI-assisted dunning. Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years owning accounts receivable, collections, or customer-facing billing operations.
• Proven track record of collecting without damaging relationships.
• Hands-on reconciliation experience across subscription invoices, bank reconciliations, and CRM-to-billing comparisons.
• Comfort with end-to-end revenue lifecycle and close processes.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts receivable end-to-end: billing questions, collections, and escalation handling.
• Maintain reconciliations linking billing to Salesforce to ensure ARR accuracy.
• Assist with accounts payable, coding transactions, and month-end schedules as needed.
• Collaborate with finance leadership on close, reconciliations, and analysis.
• Tune automated dunning and billing replies, and push routine work to automation.
