Job summary

1930 Ventures, the family enterprise behind Benco Dental, is seeking a Revenue Billing Intern for the Spring 2027 semester. The intern will support the Revenue team with billing, accounting, and month-end close activities, gaining hands-on experience in a corporate finance environment.

Responsibilities include preparing journal entries, processing monthly billing, and performing data analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Accounting or Finance.
• Able to commit to 15 hours per week during the internship.
• Preferred GPA 3.2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Journal Entries and assist in month-end close, including account reconciliations.
• Complete research projects and data analysis to support the Revenue team.
• Process monthly billing files and assist with ad hoc requests.
• Provide administrative support: scanning, filing, and distributing mail.
• Communicate clearly in English and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

1930 Ventures is searching for a Revenue Billing Intern, in our Shared Service division, for the Spring 2027 semester.

The Revenue Billing Intern will support the Revenue team with key billing, accounting, and month-end close activities while gaining hands-on experience in a corporate finance environment. This position will assist with processing monthly billing files, preparing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and supporting other month-end close responsibilities.

The intern will work closely with members of the Revenue team to ensure billing transactions are processed accurately, and timely, financial activity is properly recorded, and account balances are supported and reconciled. This role will also provide exposure to financial reporting, data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
