Benco Dental in Pittston, PA is seeking an HR Intern for the Spring 2027 semester to gain hands-on experience in Culture & People. You will collaborate with HR professionals on recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and employee communications while supporting daily administrative tasks.

The internship is paid, offers mentorship and networking opportunities, and may lead to full-time employment. Candidates must be enrolled in an undergrad or graduate program and able to work onsite up to 20 hours

• Preferred minimum GPA of 3.2.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to Culture & People HR functions including talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and HRIS.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, posting positions, reviewing applicants, and interview scheduling.
• Support day-to-day administration of benefits, payroll, engagement, and communications.
• Partner on projects with Total Rewards and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.
• Maintain HR employee files and communicate policy changes.

• Provide support to functional areas of Culture & People, including, but not limited to talent acquisition and recruiting, retention, performance management, associate relations, HRIS, compensation and benefits, payroll, engagement, communication, and special projects
• Assist with the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process, by sourcing candidates, building talent networks, posting positions, reviewing applicants, and scheduling interviews

• Help manage the day-to-day administration and maintenance of Benco's Health and Wellness plans, Retirement Benefits, and Leave of Absence Programs.
• Partner with the Total Rewards team on projects for compensation administration, community giveback/volunteer efforts (Benco's Community Boosters Committee), and associate recognition
• Support the organization's progress on its collective Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion goals
• Execute HRIS projects that support our implementation journey
• Facilitate and coordinate activities pertaining to Benco's culture and associate engagement
• Work in multiple Human Resources systems
• Assist with developing and implementing continuous improvement processes
• Maintain accuracy of and update employee personnel files
• Effectively communicate changes in company policies and procedures
• Assist team members and staff
• Support other day-to-day operations of the Culture & People (HR) Department
