Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of accounting experience.
• Workday experience preferred, including the Workday Contract Module.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Index, Sumif, PivotTables).
• Ability to read and interpret financial reports and legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage all billing activities related to Terminal Company operations.
• Conduct month-end revenue reconciliation to ensure accurate recording.
• Collaborate with terminal billing personnel for end-of-month invoicing.
• Resolve customer disputes and assist with billing assessments.
• Initiate collection calls on delinquent accounts.
