Churchill Downs Incorporated is seeking a Part-Time Revenue Auditor at Ellis Park in Kentucky. The role focuses on auditing revenues across all departments, drafting journal entries, and producing daily snapshots to support management decisions.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in accounting or revenue audit, an Associate degree in a related field, and must be able to obtain a Kentucky gaming/racing license. This position requires part-time hours and on-site work at Ellis Park.

• Draft preliminary revenue journal entries in line with GAAP and chart of accounts.
• Create and share daily financial snapshots for management insight.
• Follow property SOPs and internal controls to keep processes compliant.
• Investigate, resolve, and communicate financial variances.
• Maintain organized, regulatory-ready archival records of financial documents.
• Take on special projects as the business grows.

Spotlight on the Action: Perform daily audits across all our lively cost centers—from the buzz of the Gaming floor and Cage to Food & Beverage and Mutuels.

Master the Books: Draft preliminary revenue journal entries like a pro, keeping everything aligned with GAAP and our chart of accounts.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
