Four Seasons Las Vegas is seeking a Revenue Analyst to support the revenue management function by collecting, organizing, and validating data from PMS, market reports, and booking platforms. You will perform routine and ad-hoc analyses of occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR to identify trends and inform tactical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize data from PMS and market reports to support revenue strategies.
• Monitor channel costs, margins, and profitability metrics to inform decisions.
• Audit inventory and rate parity across distribution channels with daily checks.
• Analyze occupancy, ADR, RevPAR trends to highlight performance.
• Prepare data for Revenue Strategy Meetings and provide historical data.
• Support annual budget and commercial planning with performance projections.
• Maintain weekly forecasts and demand calendars incorporating market events.
• Provide data for marketing campaigns and sales group bookings.
