The hotel is situated on Manhattan’s Upper East Side at 92nd Street and First Avenue, close to Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Guggenheim Museum, and Yankee Stadium. The property recently renovated its guestrooms and lobby, offering 226 rooms including 16 suites, along with onsite facilities.

Overview

The Revenue Analyst plays a vital role in the Hotel's Revenue Management team. Responsibilities include preparing revenue reports to support the Director of Revenue in implementing yield strategies, analyzing reports such as Demand 360, STR, and Agency 360, and identifying revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, including market segmentation, production, source contribution, and other analyses.
  • Ensure all rates are correctly loaded and inventory is maintained accurately.
  • Perform audits on PMS, CRS, RMS, and Sales & Catering systems for content accuracy.
  • Communicate strategies and procedures across departments.
  • Maintain group pick-up reports and coordinate with Sales on upcoming group cut-offs.
  • Be knowledgeable about all rates, room types, and hotel products.
  • Participate in weekly revenue management meetings and prepare relevant reports.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends through reports and online sources.
  • Act as the Director of Revenue in their absence.
  • Assist in preparing short- and long-term forecasts.
  • Support the Revenue Management Team administratively.
  • Review and analyze measurement reports and present revenue opportunities.
  • Update MARs in Delphi or other systems as guided.
  • Analyze local events and their impact on revenue.
  • Prepare a 14-day forecast for management planning.
  • Conduct monthly group audit checks for system accuracy.
  • Test rate quoting and restrictions through calls to the reservation office and property.
  • Ensure daily reports are accurate and reflect actual performance.
  • Maintain knowledge of all special rates and promotions.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with all staff and guests.
  • Participate in hotel meetings, trainings, and MOD coverage as needed.
  • Maintain attendance and personal grooming standards.
  • Follow hotel policies to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Identify and help resolve operational problems.
  • Handle complex information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
