Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and minimum six years of multifaceted accounting experience.
• CPA preferred as a plus.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority.

Responsibilities

• Runs workforce planning and career development activities for team members.
• Holds team accountable for compliance with requirements, standards, policies, and processes.
• Coordinates efforts to ensure adequate financial accounting controls and integrity of financial records.
• Collaborates to establish and maintain accounting policies, standards and processes in compliance with GAAP.
• Collaborates to develop and handle financial analysis and reporting.
• Leads sophisticated projects and communicates with senior leadership regarding data and analysis.
