Job summary

Williams is seeking a Revenue Accounting Supervisor to lead a team of accounting professionals, coaching and guiding daily activities while driving efficiency and reducing costs.

You will oversee the accumulation, recording, accuracy, and control of accounting transactions and help resolve accounting issues in collaboration with partners. Strong leadership and GAAP knowledge are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and at least 6 years of multifaceted accounting experience are required.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Runs workforce planning and career development activities for team members.
• Ensures adherence to requirements, standards, policies, and processes.
• Maintains accounting controls and integrity of financial records.
• Collaborates to develop accounting policies and reporting.
