Job summary

Williams is seeking an Accounting Supervisor (Property Accounting) to lead a team of professionals, drive efficiency, and strengthen financial controls. The role partners with stakeholders to ensure accurate recording and analysis of transactions with a mandatory focus on property accounting and capital asset management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 6+ years of progressive accounting experience (including fixed assets), and strong knowledge of GAAP and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including exposure to fixed assets or property accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience with property accounting, capital project accounting, or asset management environments.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach a team of accounting professionals, including workforce planning and career development initiatives.
• Oversee the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial records and accounting transactions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures in compliance with GAAP.
• Support the preparation, analysis, and delivery of financial reporting to leadership.
• Lead and execute complex accounting projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Communicate financial results and recommendations to senior leadership.
