Job summary

Williams is seeking a Revenue Accounting Supervisor in Tulsa, OK to lead a team of accounting professionals, coach staff, and drive efficiency in recording and reporting revenue transactions. You will collaborate with partners to ensure GAAP compliance and accurate financial records.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, policy adherence, financial analysis, and communicating data insights to senior leadership, while supporting ongoing process improvements and cost reductions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; six (6) years of multifaceted accounting experience.
  • CPA certification preferred but not required.
  • Experience leading or supervising a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workforce planning and career development for the team.
  • Ensure work complies with GAAP, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee accuracy and integrity of financial records and controls.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop accounting policies and reporting.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Drive efficiency initiatives to reduce costs and improve processes.
  • Communicate data insights and project status to executives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Revenue Accounting Supervisor, you will serve as a people leader, providing coaching, development, and day‑to‑day guidance to a team of accounting professionals while continuously driving greater efficiencies and lower costs. You will collaborate with company partners to oversee the accumulation, recording, accuracy, and control of accounting transactions and assist in the resolution of accounting issues.

Responsibilities/Expectations
  • Runs workforce planning and career development activities for team members
  • Holds team accountable for performing all work in accordance with requirements, standards, policies, procedures and processes
  • Coordinates efforts to ensure adequate financial accounting controls and integrity of our financial records
  • Collaborates with others to establish and maintain accounting policies, standardsand processes in compliance with GAAP and accounting regulations
  • Collaborates to develop and handle financial analysis and reporting
  • Leads sophisticated projects
  • Communicates with senior leadership regarding data and analysis
  • Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in accounting and minimum six (6) years of multifaceted accounting experience
  • Preferred: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Other Requirements
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
  • Deep understanding of accounting procedures and policies
  • Previous experience leading or supervising a team is preferred
