Job summary

Pattern Energy Group is seeking a detail-oriented Manager to own the REC Settlements & Revenue Accounting function, shaping processes across revenue and settlements. You will collaborate with Commercial Operations, Treasury, Origination, Asset Management, and Regulatory teams to ensure accurate revenue capture and strong internal controls.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting, 8+ years in accounting or related fields, CPA, and hands-on experience with US GAAP, Excel, Allegro, and Oracle

Qualifications

• 8+ years in accounting, revenue, settlements, or financial operations.
• CPA certification required or preferred.
• Experience in renewable energy, RECs, or SOX/audit support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and optimize REC settlements and revenue accounting workflows.
• Coordinate with Commercial Operations, Treasury, Origination, Asset Management, and Regulatory teams.
• Support Allegro system implementation and related process improvements.
• Prepare invoices, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations for monthly/quarterly closes.
• Investigate settlement variances, billing issues, and payment differences with internal and external parties.
