Job summary

Artera is seeking an experienced Revenue Accounting Manager to own end-to-end revenue recognition for SaaS subscriptions, usage-based billing, and professional services. You’ll be the ASC 606 expert and partner with AI builders to automate invoicing and rev-rec workflows.

You will collaborate across Sales, RevOps, and FP&A, manage NetSuite invoicing, and drive month-end close with reconciliations and journals. A strong background in SaaS accounting and GAAP is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
4–7 years evolving revenue accounting in SaaS/software/tech.
Deep ASC 606 knowledge for SaaS subscriptions and multi-element contracts.

Responsibilities

Own revenue recognition schedule for SaaS, usage, and services.
Review contracts for multiple performance obligations and renewals.
Design agentic AI solutions to automate invoicing and rev-rec workflows.
Oversee NetSuite invoicing and deferred revenue schedules.
Close month with reconciliations and journal entries; report trends to leadership.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and FP&A.
