Job summary

Artera seeks an experienced Revenue Accounting Manager to own end-to-end revenue recognition for SaaS subscriptions, usage-based billing, and professional services. You will be the subject matter expert on ASC 606 and partner with AI builders to redesign revenue workflows.

You’ll manage NetSuite invoicing, deferred revenue, and close processes, while collaborating with Sales, RevOps, and FP&A to deliver insights to executives. This is a hands-on, high-growth finance role in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience owning revenue recognition across SaaS and services.
• Deep ASC 606 knowledge for multi-element contracts and renewals.
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting fundamentals.
• Hands-on with NetSuite and Salesforce revenue processes.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue recognition schedule for SaaS, usage fees, and services.
• Review contracts for multiple performance obligations and renewals.
• Design AI-enabled finance workflows to automate invoicing and rev-rec.
• Oversee invoicing, deferred revenue, and contract liabilities.
• Lead month-end close and present variance analyses to leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and FP&A on SaaS metrics.
• Develop ASC 606 policies and SOX-compliant controls.
