Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Revenue Accounting Manager to own and scale revenue accounting processes as the business grows. You will manage revenue recognition, contract accounting, month-end close, and reconciliations while ensuring ASC 606 compliance.

You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Customer teams to ensure accurate, scalable revenue processes, with a focus on non-standard contracts and revenue structures as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue accounting within SaaS or recurring-revenue businesses.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and U.S. GAAP.
• Ability to translate technical accounting requirements into practical business guidance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 and GAAP.
• Review contracts to determine accounting treatment for software, subscription, and related services.
• Manage month-end and quarter-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations for revenue and deferred revenue.
• Develop and maintain revenue documentation and memos; support audits.
