Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Revenue Accounting Manager to own and scale revenue accounting processes as the business grows. This role covers revenue recognition, contract accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and ASC 606 compliance, partnering with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Customer teams.

The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting expertise in a growing SaaS environment and can drive scalable processes and controls while supporting audits and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with meaningful revenue accounting experience.
• Experience in SaaS or recurring-revenue businesses is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and U.S. GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 and GAAP.
• Review customer contracts and determine accounting treatment for software, subscriptions, services.
• Manage month-end and quarter-end close related to revenue."
• Maintain revenue reporting and investigate variances.
• Support audits with revenue documentation and control enhancements.
