Qualifications

• Experience with CAPPS and USAS and proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, schedules, and exhibits; process general journal entries and vouchers.
• Audit accounting and financial documents for accuracy and adherence to policies and laws.
• Record cash receipts and maintain cash control records.
• Enter expenditures, revenue, and general ledger data into CAPPS and USAS.
• Assist with invoice processing to ensure timely payments.
