Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in assigned program area and related training.
• Two years of appropriate and related Human Services experience.

Responsibilities

• Developing service plans and providing case management for children and families.
• Determining eligibility and setting up service payments.
• Coordinating foster care and adoption placements.
• Promoting reunification and permanency through best practice models.
• Collaborating with Courts, CSA Office, and community agencies to ensure safety and access to resources.
• Documenting case files accurately and timely.
• Engaging families to build relationships and support networks.
• Responding to and managing on-call duties.
• Participating in Mass Care Center operations during emergencies as needed.
