Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field or a related field with at least two years of related experience.
• Experience in assigned program area and completion of required training programs.
• Possession of a BSW or MSW degree and a Commonwealth of Virginia Social Worker license desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement service plans to ensure delivery of appropriate services to clients.
• Provide case management and monitor compliance.
• Coordinate with other agencies and participate in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Respond to emergencies in child/adult protective services and/or foster care.
• Maintain records, prepare reports and correspondence.
