Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Returns Processor in Rialto, CA to support the Returns Team with timely product returns and process optimization. You will validate inventory against driver manifests, assist stores and customer service, and help drive safety and efficiency across the returns workflow.

The role requires 1-2 years of warehouse experience, high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. If eligible, benefits include medical, dental, vision and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 1-2 years in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Computer skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Walk doors to validate inventory against driver returns manifest.
• Assist stores, customer service, and DRT team with questions.
• Research inventory discrepancies through returns.
• Label, rewrap items and push out to end caps.
• Email regarding missing/damaged items or route issues.
• Operate radio frequency equipment and follow safety standards.
