Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Product Return Associate in Smyrna, TN to receive, inspect, and process customer returns and coordinate disposition with Quality and Inventory teams. The role requires maintaining accurate WMS records and a clean, safe returns area in line with SOPs.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, warehouse experience a plus, and may hold forklift or pallet jack certification. This position includes routine warehouse duties and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution roles is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process finished goods returns from customers, e-commerce, or internal sources.
• Record all returns in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately.
• Coordinate with Quality, Inventory Control, and Operations for disposition.
• Maintain a clean, safe returns area compliant with 5S and SOPs.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and cycle counts.
