Job summary

• Determine the proper disposition of returned merchandise (restock, repair, recycle, vendor return or disposal).
• Organize and move returned products to designated warehouse locations.
• Communicate with warehouse staff and other departments regarding return status and issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts related to returned products.
