Job summary

Best Choice Products in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Returns Associate to support the day-to-day returns process at our Fulfillment Center. You will receive and process customer returns safely and promptly, verify items against return authorizations, and record transactions in the returns dashboard.

The role requires 1–2 years in a warehouse/returns setting, a high school diploma, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs while complying with SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in warehouse/returns processing preferred.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/walk; safety-focused.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer returns daily.
• Inspect, verify, and document returned merchandise against return authorizations.
• Identify and determine the appropriate disposition of returned items (resale, restock, repair, or liquidation).
• Record all return transactions in the returns dashboard.
• Collaborate with Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control, and Customer Service to resolve returns timely.
