Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing inventory, order, and systems data.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and proactively flag and resolve issues.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across stores and corporate teams.
• Comfortable learning and navigating multiple software systems (POS, ERP, Warehouse Management, omnichannel ecommerce platform).
• Organized and self-directed, able to manage recurring tasks with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership and corporate teams with day-to-day operational execution, including inventory checks, order review and processing, and visual merchandising follow-through.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly recurring tasks relating to order management and review, and inventory accuracy in the ERP/POS and Warehouse Management systems; flag and correct discrepancies.
• Support Store Teams with order keying, finance application/contracts process, online payments, and other critical support regularly and on Holiday Weeks and Weekends.
