Job summary

Baltic Born is hiring a Returns Specialist in Lehi, UT to inspect and process product returns in a high‑volume environment. You will repackage merchandise for resale, manage return compensation through our platform, and perform general warehouse duties including cleanup.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently or with a team, and strong English communication. Expect collaboration across departments and occasional storefront support.

Qualifications

• 6–12 month of prior returns or similar warehouse experience.
• Basic computer proficiency (i.e. email, Google Sheets).
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to understand instructions, collaborate with team members, and ensure workplace safety.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet productivity and quality expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to support multiple departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate returned merchandise following established procedures to ensure quality of product.
• Assess return paperwork and accurately identify any abnormalities.
• Re‑package items following established guidelines.
• Sort returns accurately according to return channel.
• Process returned inventory by scanning items and placing them back into correct bin locations.
• Meet or exceed established hourly productivity metrics while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with company standards.
• Verify return accuracy, issue compensation and accurately sort products for restock.
• During peak periods, provide support to fulfilment and receiving departments.
• May be asked to work in our retail storefront as business needs require.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and assist customers while maintaining a positive shopping experience.
• Communicate issues or discrepancies to a team lead or supervisor in a timely manner.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational goals.

Position Summary

The Returns Specialist inspects and processes product returns in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment. This team member will inspect product ensuring accurate return information, repackage merchandise for resale, process compensation for customers through our returns platform and perform general warehouse duties including warehouse cleanup.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (and 50 lbs on occasion).
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, reaching and scanning.

The pay range for this role is:
