Job summary

BSH Home Appliances Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Returns Processor to manage the intake, inspection, and categorization of returned home appliances at our regional warehouses. You will record data, determine disposition (A-Stock, B-Stock or scrap), and ensure proper repackaging for reshipment or repair while following company policies.

The role requires a high-school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in a warehouse setting, and strong attention to detail and communication.

Qualifications

• Requires a high-school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Strong attention to details and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds or seek assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process and categorize returned appliances (A-Stock, B-Stock, or scrap).
• Inspect items and determine disposition per policies.
• Record work performed using SPICE for documentation.
• Repack and label items for reshipment or repair.
• Maintain accurate daily status and adhere to safety guidelines.
