Job summary

Connection in Wilmington, OH seeks a Returns Processor to manage customer product returns, credit processing, and collaboration with multiple departments. You will unload, inspect, and document return conditions, update the ERP system, and ensure accurate credits are issued in a timely manner.

The role requires basic computer skills, data entry ability, and knowledge of return policies; familiarity with hardware inspection is a plus. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Basic data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Able to identify items and SKUs accurately.
• Knowledge of product returns processes and credit handling.
• Familiar with hardware inspection and data handling requirements.
• Ability to follow defined return procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Unloads and inspects product to confirm it meets return terms and conditions.
• Keys received products in the ERP system and credits customers promptly.
• Returns products to shelf if not needed for inventory control.
• Processes unauthorized returns by creating a case and coordinating with Customer Care.
• Inspects monitors under 27 inches for damage and wipes hard drives to remove data.
• Assists Returns to Vendor for additional information as needed.
• Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
