Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required; electronics or device repair preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and organize returned components by program requirements.
• Log RMAs in the Reusable Component Log and verify labels and paperwork.
• Scan IMEI numbers, Return Order IDs, and UClass Reference numbers for tracking.
• Prepare shipments for Apple, Samsung, and Reconext components with packing and labels.
• Communicate procedures and training to stores, franchises, and field teams.
