Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unbox and organize returned components and log RMAs in the log.
• Verify labels and paperwork per program requirements.
• Scan IMEI numbers and tracking references for records.
• Prepare shipments for component returns and print shipping labels.
• Communicate procedures and training materials to stores and franchisees.
• Monitor program emails and report monthly metrics.
• Assist stores with correct shipment processes using ticketing systems.
• Move materials in warehouse using hand trucks and conveyors.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Participate in safety training and use PPE as required.
