Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Returns Associate II to resolve bottlenecks in the returns processing flow. You will identify, inspect, and sort returned hardware while upholding quality and safety standards in a busy warehouse.

Your role requires operating pallet jacks, rigorous adherence to LEAN/5S, and accurate documentation of product information. Strong math and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience operating computers in an industrial/work environment.
• Experience with warehouse equipment including electric/manual pallet jacks; LEAN/5S adherence; inventory sorting and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Resolve bottlenecks in returns processing by identifying, inspecting, and sorting returned hardware.
• Maintain LEAN/5S organized work areas and manage high-volume product flows.
• Support inbound logistics by rapid, accurate categorization using AI-assisted sorting.
