Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to assist Supervisors with inventory validations, daily reporting, and issue resolution across outbound operations. The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and adherence to safety standards in a high-volume warehouse environment.

You will participate in dock checks, item labeling, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure on-time delivery and proper stocking.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2-4 years general warehouse experience in a fast paced, warehouse environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Walk doors to validate inventory to match drivers manifest and ensure items are free of defects.
• Answer and troubleshoot calls on the 1799 line.
• Assist stores and teams with transfer questions and item re-commitments.
• Research inventory discrepancies and coordinate with Inventory Control to resolve issues.
• Send picks to pickers to replace missing/damaged items.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve dock and transfer issues.
• Unlock driver dock doors after verification.
