U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) is seeking a motivated Customer Returns Associate to join our Stoughton, MA team. This role handles customer returns, non-stock materials, and vendor-defective inventory with accuracy and speed in a busy warehouse.

You will inspect items, process approvals, move materials with forklift, coordinate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams, and maintain precise records. We offer full-time hours, benefits, and training as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse, receiving, inventory, or returns experience strongly preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred; training will be provided as needed.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately inspect, identify, and process material.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer-returned material to verify product, quantity, condition, and eligibility for return to stock.
• Receive and process approved customer returns accurately and in a timely manner.
• Return eligible material to the appropriate inventory or warehouse location to maintain accurate product flow and availability.
• Identify damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-returnable material and route accordingly.
• Manage the handling of customer non-stock material to ensure items are identified, tracked, and dispositioned.
• Process and organize vendor-defective inventory for disposition or vendor return.
• Maintain documentation and system transactions for returns and inventory movement.
• Research discrepancies involving returned material or inventory status and communicate findings.
