Qualifications

• 0-2 years of returns processing or warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with ERP/WMS.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Preferred: experience with RMA processes and RTV documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log returned goods; verify against RMA and order records.
• Inspect items for condition and completeness; document findings.
• Update ERP/WMS with return status and inventory movements.
• Restock acceptable items and route nonconforming items accordingly.
• Print documentation and labels for RTV when required.
• Perform basic quality checks and resolve discrepancies.
