Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) is seeking a Reverse Logistics Coordinator for Plainfield, IN. The role manages returns, inspections, dispositions, and processing while ensuring inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with warehouse ops, customer service, and transportation to process returns efficiently. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in logistics, strong Excel skills, and experience with WMS/SAP ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of logistics, warehouse, or supply chain experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and WMS software; strong data accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt and processing of returned products.
• Review returns to determine disposition (restock, repair, disposal).
• Process RMAs and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor inventory adjustments and system accuracy.
• Coordinate with transportation and warehouse teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and regulatory systems.
• Prepare reports on return volumes, turnaround times, and KPIs.
• Support continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
