Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years of warehouse and delivery procedures experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong math, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Verify returned products for accurate reason codes to ensure accounting data reflects correct reports.
• Confirm temperature compliance of returned products to preserve integrity.
• Process all documents for returns and adjustments to ensure inventory and customer invoices are correct.
• Inspect product dispositions (saleable, damaged, or discard) and code accordingly.
• Execute end-of-day processes and resolve discrepancies.
• Return saleable items to the proper pick slots as allowed by policy.
• Collaborate with drivers and supervisors to address issues and identify process improvements.
