Capital Electric is seeking an Inventory Control Returns Specialist to manage stock, defective, and non-stock returns. You will ensure accurate processing, documentation, and disposition while collaborating with Operations, Warehouse, Purchasing, Accounting, Sales, and Distribution teams.

The role emphasizes maintaining inventory accuracy, reducing costs, and supporting the returns cycle. Forklift operation may be required and prior Eclipse WMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Motivate and lead a team to meet goals.
• Coach and provide performance feedback.
• Proficient in MS Office and WMS systems.
• Analyze moderately complex data for decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• 3–5+ years in Fulfillment/Distribution and Inventory Control with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate stock returns at the CDC.
• Handle returns of defective inventory.
• Manage non-stock material returns via RGAs.
• Prioritize daily stock returns from service area.
• Maintain records of all return transactions.
• Identify, classify, and route returned inventory.
• Maintain designated Returns areas (Stock/Non-Stock/Damaged).
• Support cycle count activities for accuracy.
• Assist outbound freight picking and shipping.
• Assist with scrap wire tracking and documentation.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors/managers.
• Operate forklift or obtain certification.
