Job summary

Capital Electric, a Sonepar company, seeks an Inventory Control Returns Specialist at the Central Distribution Center. You will manage stock, non-stock, defective, and damaged material returns, ensuring accurate processing and documentation while coordinating with multiple departments to improve inventory accuracy and reduce costs.

The role requires 3–5+ years in fulfillment/distribution and inventory control with leadership exposure, and you may operate or become certified to operate a

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years Fulfillment/Distribution and Inventory Control experience (preferably in a electrical industry) with at least one plus years in a leadership role.
• Advanced knowledge of computer software including word-processing, Excel, Outlook, WMS (preferably Eclipse) or other relevant computer software.
• Ability to analyze moderately complex data.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate the return of stock inventory at the Central Distribution Center (CDC).
• Process and coordinate the return of defective inventory.
• Manage the return of non-stock materials to manufacturers utilizing RGAs.
• Prioritize and process daily stock returns from the service area.
• Maintain accurate records of all return transactions and support documentation.
• Ensure returned inventory is properly identified, categorized, and routed for disposition.
