About the role

The receiving associate will receive and process all incoming inventory and materials to ensure proper inventory counts and proper put‑away processes.

What you’ll do

• Receive and track inventory
• Responsible for all daily inbound shipments with accuracy
• Scan and verify order details in the WMS system
• Put away all incoming inventory accurately
• Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Basic computer/RF scanner knowledge
• Ability to read numerals and English
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment
• NetSuite experience is a bonus
• Operate equipment (IE: sit‑down forklift, stand‑up forklift, cherry picker, deep reach truck)
• Forklift certification preferred

Physical Demands

Standing, walking, reaching/bending, endurance, balancing/mobility, manual dexterity, exposure to varying conditions, repetitive motion, lifting to 50 lbs. consistently, safety equipment, loud noises. 8‑hour work shift.
