Westin Fulfillment is seeking an organized and dependable individual to join our rapidly growing furniture fulfillment team and work closely with our warehouse crew. If you have experience handling warehouse returns and product inspections, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process inbound customer and vendor returns
- Log all returns, including RMA numbers, tracking numbers, and item details, into the system
- Perform quality control inspections to determine if returned items are re‑sellable, repairable, or require disposal
- Take detailed photos of returns for claims and dispute documentation
- Assign skid numbers and bin locations for all returned products
- Verify and update physical inventory counts
- Prepare “Return to Stock” inventory transfers and manage red‑tag items for re‑stocking (e.g., removing old labels)
- Monitor and respond to daily RMA‑related emails and submissions
- Repack items in new boxes and palletize products for storage or shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of warehouse returns experience (required)
- Experience using inventory software and warehouse management systems
- Familiarity with modern warehousing and fulfillment practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy objects safely
