Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse or loading experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds regularly.
• Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and safety-focused with good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks using proper lifting techniques and warehouse equipment.
• Organize and stage products for shipment.
• Secure loads to prevent damage during transportation.
• Inspect products for damage and report issues.
• Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow OSHA policies.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors to meet shipping schedules.

Westin Fulfillment is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Loader to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are loaded safely, accurately, and on schedule. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in being part of a team, we'd love to hear from you. Shifts available: Sun-Wed 6am-4:30pm and Wed-Sat 6am - 4:30pm

What You'll Do

• Load trucks using proper lifting techniques and warehouse equipment.
• Organize and stage products for shipment.
• Secure loads to prevent damage during transportation.
• Inspect products for damage and report any issues.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors to meet daily shipping schedules.
