Responsibilities

• Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of a store to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
• Establish and maintain guest services.
• Control expenses, manage shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, and setup/teardown of seasonal stores.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years old.
• Flexible schedule.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
