Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs are subject to qualifications.

This position is for individuals who have previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween as an Assistant Store Manager.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
  2. Assist in overall store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
  3. Establish and maintain guest services standards.
  4. Develop staff and oversee training.
  5. Control expenses, shrinkage, and manage merchandising and inventory.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
  • Prior retail management experience is required.
