Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

This position is for individuals who have previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween as an Assistant Store Manager.
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The responsibilities include supporting the overall operation of the store to ensure maximum sales and profitability by maintaining guest services, staff development, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory.
The minimum age requirement is 18, and candidates must have a flexible schedule. Physical demands include standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
