Hourly rate ranges from $17.50 - $17.75 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.

This position is for any person who has previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in an Assistant Store Manager position.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
2. Ensure maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
3. Develop staff and control expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum age requirement is 18.
2. Must have a flexible schedule.
3. Prior retail management experience is required.
4. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
