Job summary

Patagonia is seeking a Workers’ Compensation and Employee Services Coordinator in Reno, NV onsite. You will serve as the primary contact for workers’ compensation claims, coordinate with vendors, review injury reports, and support return-to-work decisions with appropriate documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of workers’ compensation experience including return-to-work coordination.
• FMLA/leave of absence experience and eligibility review.
• Case management experience in retail, warehousing, or service environments.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills with diverse employee populations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for workers’ compensation/occupational injury claims.
• Coordinate with third-party provider on injury/status reports and eligibility.
• Assess injuries to determine transitional work or leave needs.
• Communicate restrictions to enable suitable return-to-work options.
• Maintain accurate injury records and ensure compliance with state laws.
• Support PCJ inquiries and provide timely guidance to resources.
