Job summary

PACS is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Specialist to direct and coordinate all Workers’ Compensation processes in line with Risk Department guidance. You will facilitate investigations, reporting, and communication with insurers, physicians, and management to support timely return-to-work.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and ability to travel up to 25%. Flextime for work-from-home arrangements is available in the office or remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
• Travel by auto or airline will be required 25% of the time. In the office, or remote position, flextime available to work from home.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all workers' compensation processes and reporting.
• Coordinate with insurance carrier, physicians, and nurse case managers.
• Maintain accurate electronic claim files and deadlines for claims.
• Serve as liaison between operations, claims adjusters, and management to support return-to-work.
