Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service, retail, purchasing, warehouse, or lumber/materials experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required; must maintain certification and authorization.
• Experience using POS, order-entry, purchasing, receiving, or inventory systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage return-to-vendor activity from identification through final disposition for eligible merchandise.
• Obtain and track vendor return authorizations, return instructions, claim numbers, and freight arrangements.
• Communicate with vendors, purchasing, sales, and management to resolve return questions and credits.
