Pay Range: $18.30 - $22.77 hourly Schedule: 12:00pm-8:30pm, Thursday-Monday Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle Do you pay attention to detail and like to find alternative solutions to problems in your work area? As NFM's Return Dock Specialist you're focused on processing the returned customer product purchases and properly coding all uncrated products and ensuring processes are being followed. Job Duties: A Day in the Life Collaborate: Verify all return orders during check-in Inspect: Examine product for defects Accuracy: Process paperwork, tag products and assign status coding for returns Play Your Part: Wrap merchandise and properly note any arising problems on order Safety: Move the product to where it needs to go safely Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love—because that's what we love.
Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes? Must be 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED preferred 6 months' customer contact experience Positive, upbeat attitude Ability to lift/push/pull required weights Operate scanning equipment preferred Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to criminal background check
