Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate the return of transmission cores and RMAs to U.S. warehouses.
• Coordinate logistics to streamline transportation processes.
• Create and manage Bills of Lading for shipment tracking.
• Resolve customer and shipping-provider approvals and deficient shipping information.
• Resolve and report on shipping delays and mistakes.
• Conduct outbound calls to customers and arrange for outstanding or missing material returns.
• Generate detailed reports covering: number of returned cores/RMAs, outstanding cores/RMAs, unauthorized returns, and service levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.
• Coordinate with customers (stores & repair shops) to resolve damaged product shipments.

The Return Coordination Specialist ensures smooth and timely returns of transmission materials to our U.S. warehouses. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a focus on creating positive customer experiences that reflect and enhance the company’s reputation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate the return of transmission cores and return material authorizations (RMAs) to U.S. warehouses.
• Coordinate logistics to streamline and optimize the transportation process.
• Create and manage Bills of Lading to ensure accurate shipment tracking.
• Resolve customer and shipping providers approvals and deficient shipping information.
• Resolve and report on shipping delays and mistakes.
• Conduct outbound calls to customers and arrange for outstanding or missing material returns.
• Generate detailed reports covering:
  • Number of returned cores and RMAs
  • Number of outstanding cores and RMAs
  • Number and reason for unauthorized returned materials
  • Service level of shipping providers
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.
• Coordinate with customers (stores & repair shops) to resolve damaged product shipments.

Education/Experience:

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service preferred.
