Job summary

Torus Group is seeking a Retrofit Compliance Support colleague to join our Investment team. The role focuses on providing essential administrative support for retrofit and funded investment programmes, ensuring accurate project information, monitoring progress, and assisting with compliance, reporting and stakeholder communications.

You will coordinate across multiple offices (Liverpool, Warrington, St Helens) and attend at least two office days per week.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills with experience maintaining accurate records and information
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and confidence in IT systems and platforms
• Good attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative support across retrofit and funded investment programmes
• Support set-up and monitoring of projects, keeping systems and progress information up to date
• Track grant-funded workstreams from inception through to completion with project teams
• Review and audit electronic data to support GDPR, PAS and wider compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate project documentation and certification records for compliance and audit
• Prepare and issue letters and other communications, maintaining stakeholder records
• Attend project meetings, take minutes and ensure key actions are recorded
• Monitor the HEAT mailbox and direct enquiries to appropriate colleagues
• Support development of systems and processes to improve efficiency
• Build relationships with colleagues, project teams and external stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement, value for money and risk management across the service
